　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Project-Specific MEP Oversight:

　　Supervise and manage MEP installations, maintenance, and repairs within CBRE's building projects.

　　Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure MEP systems align with project goals and timelines.

　　Quality Assurance and Compliance:

　　Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

　　Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in MEP systems across projects.

　　Technical Expertise and Guidance:

　　Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to on-site teams regarding MEP systems, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

　　Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to optimize MEP designs for efficiency and functionality.

　　Documentation and Reporting:

　　Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to MEP activities within the building projects.

　　Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders as required.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred.

　　Proven experience in MEP systems management or a similar supervisory role, preferably within building construction projects.

　　Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and industry standards.

　　Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

　　Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

　　Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
