  About the Role

  We are looking for a brand new hybrid Compensation Analyst to support the Global Compensation team with the development, implementation, and administration of a full range of compensation programs.

  You Will

  Report to the Director, Compensation and work onsite in in our New York City office and/or Monmouth Junction, NJ office 3 days every week Help administer salary, bonus, and sales incentive plans Support Senior Compensation Analysts by analyzing and assessing market data, then providing thoughtful and holistic pay recommendations across assigned client groups for new hire offers, employee promotions, and employee pay adjustments; Best practices in pay and compensation will be utilized. Conduct ongoing job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing of global positions to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Be critically involved in the annual compensation processes which include the annual merit review, pay equity analysis, as well as off cycle promotion and market increases. Analyze Dow Jones global pay practices and provide summaries on pay including trends regarding business spend as well as allocations of higher merit increases. Maintain ongoing data integrity within Workday, our HRIS tool, by assigning and validating job profiles, exemption status in compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines, and union status. Become an expert in Global Architecture framework design and administration. Complete compensation surveys and understand their results.

  You Have (Required)

  The willingness to work onsite iin our New York City office and/or Monmouth Junction, NJ office 3 days every week0-2 years of experience in a compensation and/or HR data analytics position Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management or equivalent related experience Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel including the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets Excellent analytical skills through experience using both qualitative and quantitative data Ability to independently problem solve and make recommendations with high attention to detail A basic understanding of the various facets of Human Resources including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, Training, and Organizational Development Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships with internal clients, external agencies, and vendors Experience effectively multitasking in a fast paced environment with excellent time management and prioritization skills A consultative and collaborative style The ability to influence others through the use of data

  Pay Range: $40,000 - $160,000
