　　About the Role:

　　Dow Jones is looking for an organized individual for an Automation/Projects internship. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Special Projects and have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within our automation and projects space supporting Global Finance Operations. You will participate in automation and project work, including documentation of all automation activities, as well as assisting our automation manager with in-process initiatives.

　　This role is hybrid, based in our Princeton, NJ office.

　　You Will:

　　Review inventory of current automation activities and refresh/create documentation as needed

　　Assist automation manager with documentation of business requirements during discovery sessions on new projects and opportunities

　　Understand the applications used by the automation team to build workflows

　　Work with designated business groups and Finance to get the necessary information to complete work accurately and in a standard process.

　　You Have:

　　At least one year of school completed, working towards a bachelor's degree

　　A GPA of 3.0 or higher

　　Previous relevant internship or part-time work experience

　　An analytical approach to solving problems

　　Excellent communication, organizational skills, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail

　　Competency with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel; Google suite experience a plus
