　　BAE Systems is seeking a Principal Trainer responsible for gathering, writing, and organizing technical materials for purposes of authoring, producing, and presenting technical documentation and training materials. Included are EW system/subsystem/support equipment/operation training slides, instructor/student guides, job guides, practical exercises, and technical manuals.

　　The right candidate must be able to work independently with a demonstrated ability to author original technical material from review of engineering drawings and discussions. Must be able to consult with design/development personnel to gather technical data from Subject Matter Experts and convert that data into comprehensive training materials with a strong focus on consistent and logical flow of material.

　　A demonstrated ability to plan, structure, assimilate, and present training course curriculum and materials for a variety of student/customer audiences is required. Must be comfortable operating equipment to to develop practical exercises applicable to the student's needs and use. Must be a strong team player, with the ability to share the gained knowledge with other trainers and writers and possess knowledge, poise and leadership ability to coordinate and conduct training classes to end-users.

　　Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

　　Current active TS clearance with the ability to gain further SCI clearance

　　Analyze and interpret engineering source data for use in training materials

　　Experience within aviation community as an airborne sensor operator, preferably in the ISR, ELINT, IMINT, GEOINT and/or RADINT mission profiles

　　Evaluate operational system in laboratory environment; coordinate with integration and test engineering to observe equipment malfunctions and determine methods by which problem areas can be eliminated

　　Excellent oral communication, writing, organizational and presentation skills to ensure student understanding and competency development

　　Experience organizing, planning and executing training plans, task analysis, and detailed curriculum

　　Advanced level knowledge and competency in development tools, specifically Microsoft Word and Powerpoint; knowledge of automated training tools

　　Participate as logistics team member to plan training events and status materials

　　Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Active TS/SCI cleared individual with recent experience within the Compass call community as an airborne sensor operator

　　Advanced level knowledge and competency in customer training processes and standard USAF and military training formats

　　Experience with electronic systems, preferably military equipment and support equipment

　　Preparation of training cost estimates

　　Formal Training Certification

　　Experience with automated training tools

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
