  Position Overview

  IMRI is seeking a Federal Capture Manager in supporting mission critical federal government opportunities to grow new business within IMRI's existing customer base and targeted new customers! The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the VP of Business Development by researching, identifying, and assessing new business opportunities to pursue for the purpose of attaining new revenue growth; leading the transition from opportunity identification into capture efforts; preparing IMRI's capture strategy to successfully bid and win contracts; interfacing with existing and new customers and partners and communicating the organization's core capabilities and experience; establishing external teaming relationships with partners for opportunity pursuit; and providing oversight management of the proposal development.

  Specific duties include:

  Lead and drive all phases of capture activities and strategy execution, from lead generation to proposal submission communicating overall capture progress to executive management.

  Develop, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline in the company's CRM tool of federal opportunities that align with the immediate annual goals and long-term five-year strategic plan.

  Identify opportunities through agency research, GSA eBuy, third-party market intelligence tools, and networks of potential customers and partners and qualify them based on company priorities and alignment to services and products offerings.

  Meet with customer stakeholders, understanding their business needs, present our service and product offerings, and position IMRI as the preferred contractor.

  Develop a solid understanding of customers' requirements and challenges, crafting tailored capture strategies and solutions to meet these needs and position our offerings effectively.

  Develop teaming strategies and establish relationships with partner companies (large and small) for effective bid strategies for both prime and subcontracting opportunities.

  Lead the development of the overall win strategy, including win themes, competitive assessment, gap analysis, and price-to-win strategy.

  Prepare and present pursuit Gate Reviews and bid/no bid decisions to executive leadership, providing them with crucial updates on progress and strategic considerations.

  Lead the development and submission of high-quality RFI and RFQ/RFP responses, managing the proposal manager and team, ensuring alignment with the capture strategy and compliance with government requirements and IMRI processes and procedures.

  Develop and maintain compelling presentations and materials that highlight the company's experience, past performance, and capabilities, effectively showcasing our value to potential clients.

  Regularly develop comprehensive reports, briefings, and other management materials that provide clear insights and support Executive Management in making informed decisions.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  7 years of federal capture management experience for IT services.

  Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study (i.e., information technology, computer science, information sciences, cybersecurity, or engineering).

  Possess strong leadership, development, and communication skills and experience in leading all areas of capture management.

  Demonstrated success as a federal capture manager in winning bids and growing revenue, focused on multiple opportunity pursuits in the $10-$50 million range or larger.

  Experience in the management of the proposal process and outcomes -- managing the proposal preparation and proposal manager/team to ensure proposals are prepared on time with the highest quality in accordance with RFP/RFQ requirements.

  Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

  Small business experience a plus. Final salary is based on various factors such as relevant skills, experience and certifications.
