　　Part Time (Up to 20 hours/week) position as a Community Habitual Worker available in White Plains, NY

　　Salary Range: $17-$20/hour

　　Hours are flexible

　　Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

　　Assisting with the development of the individuals’ Community Habilitation Plans.

　　Promoting individual’s chosen individualized outcomes that empower and enable individuals to achieve their stated goals.

　　Providing assistance, services and supports that promote independence and active participation in daily living within the residence.

　　Assisting in the development of social skills by providing education, training, and role modeling.

　　If you have the following:

　　Qualifications:

　　Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

　　6-12 months experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.

　　Must have knowledge of basic residential services.

　　A Valid Driver’s License for over two years is a must.

　　And Attributes:

　　Able to participate in, pass and maintain certification of WJCS required training that includes but may not be limited to Medication Administration, SCIP, CPR/First Aid, Driving the Van and Mandatory Training as identified by OPWDD.Then we are excited to receive your application!
