　　CTG is seeking to fill a Communications Specialist opening for our client in Indianola, PA.

　　Location : Indianola, PA

　　Duration : 12 months

　　Overview:

　　Pharmaceuticals-Product Supply-Medical Devices (MD) is responsible for managing the launch and supply of Medical Device products and components, with product lines including Radiology Fluid Delivery Systems, innovative Women’s Health products, ancillary devices to support drug and Biotech products, Sterile Disposable devices, and information technology applications.

　　The position of Communications Specialist, Medical Devices will be responsible for supporting PS-Medical Devices with the deployment of Medical Device communications materials in alignment with strategy.

　　Duties:

　　Support execution of Medical Device internal communication plans to ensure awareness of business priorities and alignment with division messaging

　　Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal division channels

　　Regularly assess and report on the impact and effectiveness of internal communications

　　Assist with planning and execution of department events including quarterly webcasts, visits from internal leaders, and partner facing events

　　Craft content for leadership social media posts

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Skills:

　　2-3 years’ experience in internal communications

　　Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

　　Time management and ability to meet deadlines

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

　　Some graphic design experience or knowledge preferred

　　Education:

　　Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or businessExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
