　　If so, then EPAM has several openings at Manager and Senior Manager to join our rapidly expanding Data and Analytics Practice. This position is a part of the Globa Data and Analytics Consulting team including experts from many different sectors.

　　The positions require a strong Data & Analytics consulting background with the ability to assist clients in defining their overall technology strategy and delivery. The successful candidate will be adept at collaborating with C-suite clients and have a strong track-record building enduring relationships with blue-chip brands.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Provide the leadership in shaping enterprise-wide, transformational, AI/ML Data & Analytics solutions

　　Engage with our clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, design and effectively communicate how AI solutions can address them

　　Lead the evaluation and selection of AI tools, frameworks, and technologies, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and technical requirements AI tools, frameworks, and technologies, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and technical requirements

　　Develop and present client proposals with strong technology focus

　　Work with the local and wider global technical and business data practice to advise clients regarding their overall Data & Analytics strategy and implementations

　　Help clients get more out of their existing Data & Analytics projects, identifying the solutions and services based on client needs, constraints and strategies

　　Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model

　　Deliver clear and consistent communications within projects with relevant stakeholders

　　Drive revenue within the client / account portfolio by identifying opportunities and influence / sell-in EPAM services

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Extensive experience in Data & Analytics, specifically in building enterprise data and ML/AI platforms

　　Demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to secure funding or sell ML/AI projects

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into practical ML/AI solutions

　　Hands on implementation experience in at least one of the cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks

　　Experience in solution architecture on one of the cloud providers like Azure, AWS or GCP

　　Experience of leading delivery teams from a business outcome perspective and ability to draw up solutions to client problems

　　Ability to operate at the strategic level yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
