　　Description:

　　Communications Operator for two facilities: Community Medical Center and Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus,

　　Responsibilities include but not limited to: answering incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate departments, assisting with outgoing calls, providing information, making overhead announcements, following procedures for emergency alerts,

　　The Communications Operators are Essential Personnel and provide services 24 hours a day, seven days per week, 365 days a year including holidays,

　　Requirements:

　　High school graduate,

　　Customer Service experience preferred,

　　Ability to operate a PC proficiently,

　　Command of the English language,

　　Bilingual a plus,

　　Schedule:

　　This position will have a flexible schedule posted in advance,

　　50 hours per biweekly pay period

　　Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including day/evening/overnight

　　Weekend rotation

　　Holiday rotation,
