Commercial RoofingForeman Summary: You will be the leader of our roofing crews andresponsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercialroof systems. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start tofinish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Commercial RoofingForeman Responsibilities: Removal and installation of all types of roofsystems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope(tile/shingles) Roof maintenance and repairs Perform work in accordancewith job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professionalinteraction with all customers. Manage commercial roofing crew, includescompleting required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assistin training of crew members as needed Tracking inventory and filingdaily reports Commercial Roofing Foreman Requirements: 3-5 yearsexperience leading commercial roofing crews Experience with all types ofcommercial roofing systems is ideal A valid driver\'s licenseInitiative, Integrity, and Adaptability. Must be able to climb ladders,regularly bend, climb and kneel Must be able to lift 50+ poundsregularly Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety ofweather conditions Must be able to pass preemployment screening WorkingConditions: Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure toheights, noise and temperature. Physical Effort: Extensive standing,walking, climbing ladders.
