Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Provide planning and analytical support to LAB Mx Commercial Units to help in the diagnosis and resolution of key issues, improve understanding of CU economics, and facilitate the development of short-term and long-term performance targets and ensure delivery against those targets.
Financial Planning: Support the CU by developing the forecasts and supporting senior management (ie. Front Line, CU CFO, LAB Planning group) with the development of the Strategic Plan, annual operating plan and monthly forecast. Responsible for actual performance tracking against Plan and Forecasts while providing insightful business analyses.
Financial Analysis: Also responsible for tracking A&M investment, Coop generation, extra investments, concentrate price analysis, cogs tracking and all the OPEX forecasting.

Business and Financial Strategy, Planning and Forecasting Support AOP/Strat Plan/Forecast development of CU initiatives, business action plans and priorities.Coordinate the development of CU capital and operating budgets and financial targets.Review current progress towards achievement of AOP targets and support the development of contingency plans and corrective actions.Develop and communicate quarterly and monthly updates/outlooks including volume flash reports, POR and financial mgt. reports. Clearly articulate operating performance in reporting and forecasts.Satisfy PepsiCo and HQ corporate governance and reporting requirements.Facilitate the development of an effective business strategy by:Developing economics to understand core business performance of PEP beverages' business (brand/package/channel trends, etc.)Developing economics to understand our bottler's and distributor's core business performance (MC, S&D costs, price/pack analysis, etc)Leading the financial and operational assessment of strategic options.Lead automation tools as Mosaic, Cockpit etcAnalyze cross charge with third party providers (SSC, MBS, Global Marketing) Analytical SupportProvide an accurate evaluation and analysis of current business results, opportunities and risks.Develop and implement pricing reports to aid in revenue management process.Provide sales reporting and forecasting support to the MU, with periodic volume and MC reporting, analysis and target-settingprovide analytical support to cost and productivity initiatives.Provide analytical support to the BU to help in the diagnosis and resolution of key issuesPrepare and communicate a report with the unit orders of the month and at the end of the month follow up the deviations and communicate opportunitiesPrepare in a montly basis inventories analysis by category and country and compare vs bottler's inventoriesPrepare and comunciate a BOY units fct and align with FP&A Sr Mngr, Franchise team and controlPrepare B/(D) ReportDevelop our people and organization
Build and maintain productive working relationships with functional experts, franchise team, bottlers and distributors.Help identify process improvement opportunities.Build analytical capabilities of BU planning function and improve planning tools to capture financial information.
Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's Degree (Bus/Finance/Engineering Background) with at least 5 years of experience in Finance areas
