Description

　　One of our clients in the Walnut Creek area is looking for a Collections Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity.

　　Contacting clients to discuss overdue payments and negotiating payment plans

　　Investigating and resolving account discrepancies

　　Maintaining accurate records of collection activities

　　Monitoring and tracking accounts to identify issues early

　　Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries

　　Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date account information

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience as a Collections Specialist or similar role

　　Strong negotiation and communication skills

　　Knowledge of collection laws and regulations

　　Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

　　Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

　　Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite

　　Education and Experience:

　　High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

　　2+ years of experience in collections or related field
