  SCOPE OF POSITION:

  The Sales Support Manager, National Accounts is tasked with developing and managing the Inside Sales Support team on a national scale. Collaborating closely with National Account Sales Managers, the focus is on driving specifications, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring an enhanced customer experience. Emphasis is placed on supporting National Account Sales efforts through effective analytics, presale activities, and collaboration. In this role, practicality and efficiency take center stage. The focus is on sound management, collaboration, and strategic support for National Accounts Sales, ensuring a streamlined and effective approach.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Collaboration and Oversight:o Collaborate with the National Accounts Sales Team, taking charge of new Master Opportunities and overseeing the presale process.

  Presale Management:o Manage the presale process, including Master Opportunities, Onboarding, Custom Pricing, Samples, Mock-ups, and Test locations.

  Strategic Travel:o Periodically engage with the team in respective territories and participate in joint travels with the NASM to understand the support and services provided by ISS.

  Master Opportunity Follow-up:o Initiate bi-monthly opportunity follow-up meetings in each direct territory to ensure strategic progress.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Develop a national inside sales support team collaborating with National Account Sales Managers in each regional market.__Hire and manage supervisors regionally, ensuring continuous learning through collaboration with the CS Learning Center and the company's Learning Management System (LMS).__Maintain a working knowledge of all CS products, services, and the construction industry.__Collaborate with NASM to identify subcontractor bidders, franchisee owners, and key national account influencers.ANALYTICS AND PRESALE FOCUS:

  Provide market data using various reporting tools.Align with Marketing to utilize Marketo data for insights.Maintain sales administration governance, overseeing Salesforce, PowerBI, and eRapid.Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities, sales volume, onboarding progress, and expenses.SALES SUPPORT:

  Align with National Accounts Sales Managers on Top Opportunities and Target Accounts in each region.Review plans and specifications with NASM to increase the probability of multiple solution sales.Assist in the preparation of quotations, bid proposals, and closing opportunities.KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:

  Associates degree or Bachelors degree (preferred).Experience in leading a team and in hiring and training.Excellent Communication Skills, Leadership, and Coaching abilities.Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.Ability to understand architectural blueprints and the construction process.Strong customer relation skills and professional manner.Knowledge of sales proceduresFlexibility and adaptabilityJob: *Sales
