　　Randstad is currently working with a client that is looking for a Collections Agent Hours- 1st shift Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm Location- Farmingdale, NY 11735 THIS WILL START ONSITE Pay Rate- $60k$65k DOE plus bonuses This position requires excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills. Prefers someone with previous experience in Debt Collection Law Firm Must be very detail-oriented and dependable. Must be comfortable on the phone and have both verbal and listening skills. Day to day:  100-120 calls a day  checking voicemails and email  cycling through clients with money due or past due  Finding assets  Manage queue of debt collection cases  Perform skip tracing Qualifications:  Previous experience in Debt Collection Law Firm  Previous debt collection and FDCPA experience preferred  Microsoft Word, Outlook  Ability to prioritize and multitask  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  High attention to detail If interested please reply YES or NO with an updated professional resume
