CNC Machinist Programmer

　　Position Overview:

　　The CNC Machinist Programmer will be responsible for operating several CNC machining tools to produce a variety of precision parts to support our growing sales of industrial drying equipment and systems. The right candidate will be a team player who has experience working on a wide range of machines.

　　Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

　　Operating CNC milling machines, including DMG Mori NLX4000, Komo VMC 50/120, and vertical milling machines

　　Use Mastercam CAD/CAM software to define efficient tooling operations to create high quality parts

　　Reading engineering drawings and job orders to determine specifications and tooling instructions

　　Measuring dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures

　　Keep work area clean, maintain equipment in proper working order

　　1st Shift - 6AM - 3:30PM

　　Desired Skills and Experience:

　　At least five years’ experience with CNC lathe and milling machines as well as some experience with manual machining tools like large lathes, drill press, etc.

　　Problem solver that can multi-task

　　Ability to work without supervision while also working within larger team

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Ability to lift 50 pounds

　　Vocational, technical or high school education
