Service Technician - Willmar

　　Viking Coca Cola has an immediate opening for a Full Time Service Technician based in our Willmar, MN location.

　　Service Technicians are responsible for the repair of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration components of Cold Drink equipment within the Willmar, MN region

　　Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

　　Ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed for repair service as defined in the Equipment Service operating procedures

　　Participating in the Red Wave Program

　　Ensuring proper stock levels, replenishment of parts, and periodic reconciliation

　　Responding to repair calls assigned by the dispatcher in an efficient and productive matter

　　Provides prompt, professional and accurate response to customer concerns and questions

　　Provides dispatcher with immediate communication as needed on any customer concerns, complaints, or service issues

　　Requirements

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Valid Class D license and a clean driving record

　　Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

　　Technical and administrative skills with ability to be detail oriented to perform follow up

　　Basic knowledge of computer boards

　　Electrical and Mechanical aptitude

　　Satisfactory completion of DOT medical evaluation and drug test
