　　Shift Differentials:

　　Weekday Nights - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00 pm -7:00 am - $3.00 per hour

　　Weekend Days - Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm - $3.50 per hour

　　Weekend Nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $5.00 per hour

　　Provides direct patient care as defined by the resident care plan for allresidents at the Veteran's Community Living Center at Spanish Peaks RegionalHealth Center. Assists residents in all activities of daily living.Participates in admitting and discharging patients. Documents care providedthrough established electronic health record. Encourages and assists residentsto be as independent as possible.

　　RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED (can be in progress). Successful completion ofnursing assistant training program and current certification through a stateregulatory agency. Previous work experience in a geriatric work environment ispreferred.
