　　Contract: 12 months (maternity leave coverage)

　　Location: Santiago - Chile

　　Full Time in the office: Remote work may be agreed in between the parties.

　　As an Accountant at Aveva Chile you are team member of the area keeping correct and up-to-date books in accordance with Aveva group guidelines and local regulations, in a timely manner.

　　Aveva expects you will be autonomous and able to take the initiative for improvements necessary for the proper functioning of the Finance department, being efficient and communicating to stakeholders in a timely manner.

　　Principle Accountabilities:

　　Monthly and annual cut-off

　　Bank and credit card reconciliation.

　　Account analysis and reconciliation

　　Accounts payable

　　Work in accordance with local VAT and corporate tax rules and withholding taxes.

　　Cash management.

　　Support Month-End Close

　　Maintain accounts receivable and issue invoices.

　　Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements in accordance with company legal and financial guidelines

　　Experience needed - You will have:

　　Accountant / Auditor accountant Degree

　　2 years of experience under the Chilean law and local accounting rules

　　Experience and/or tax knowledge - VAT F29/F50

　　Excel knowledge

　　A PLUS:

　　Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English

　　Experience in Oracle
