　　This position, will direct all Food Services operations and manage a team of up to 25 employees. This position will have responsibility for driving client satisfaction and patient satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction.

　　The successful Director level candidate will:

　　have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;

　　be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;

　　provide a harmonious environment for employees and staff;

　　partner with leadership on common goals

　　effectively manages the employee relations, finances and driving results through hospital and Sodexo
