As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes, based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your Microsoft Endpoint, Purview and Microsoft Management Solutions subject matter expertise you will lead Business & Technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments, including identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects. It is advantageous if you also understand the Microsoft365 stack and have some experience and passion in the generative AI space. This is a customer facing role with certain level of flexibility between working onsite and home.

You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes.
Customer/Partner Insights: Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners to the relevant MS teams, including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
Business Impact
Cloud Growth: Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of customer-owned Microsoft Endpoint and Management Solutions Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with customers to ensure they understand Employee Experience Solutions value proposition. Manage operational excellence and customer health by ensuring process compliance and managing pipeline. Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and targets.
Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects by leveraging the knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint and Management Solutions Solutions subject matter expertise. Lead business & technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments.

Executive Stakeholder Value: Experience in building and maintaining executive-level stakeholder relationships and leading value proposition conversations aligned to customer priorities and outcomes. Ability to interpret and dissect the industry and business priorities of customers.
Business Process Analysis: Depict customer business processes and prepare for the analysis and improvement of business process performance.
Articulate, demo, and present complex customer concepts to varying audiences, such as BDMs (Business Decision Makers) & ITDMs (Information Technology Decision Makers).
Territory & Pipeline Mgmt.: Experienced in territory management, opportunity qualification, stakeholder communication, and partner engagement, including opportunity and pipeline mgmt. Experience in ensuring customers realize value by consuming technology and services investments.
Collaboration & Community Engagement: Experienced in orchestrating and leading virtual teams to develop and drive M365 usage opportunities through influence. Identify and document best practices and customer references
Journey Mapping skills: Be the Endpoint, Management and Windows/Windows 365 subject matter expert with the ability to design customer solutions, lead presentations, demonstrations, and design thinking workshops.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent experience
4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: M365 fundamentals, PROSCI, Endpoint, Management, Authentication technologies like AD or equivalent
Strong understanding of Endpoint, Infrastructure, Management, complemented with level 200 technical depth across Microsoft 365 Endpoint Management (especially SCCM, SCOM, Intune or EMS, MDE, Windows 11, Windows 365)
Ability to guide a customer from competitor solutions to Endpoint Management solutions and map the customer’s business process to product capability within the M365 Platform and Endpoint Management solutions, and demo proposed solutions to customer.
