Position Summary:
· Applies advanced methods, to design, develop, maintain, and support technical Cloud infrastructure that includes network, hardware, database and/or system software components.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
· Design, develop, maintain, and support technical AWS/AZURE Cloud infrastructure that includes network, hardware, database and/or system software components.
· Responsible for developing and applying advanced techniques in the investigation and solution of advanced Cloud system requirements and problems.
· Performs advanced Cloud technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives.
· Analyzes and resolves difficult and complicated Cloud program support deficiencies.
· Guide configuration, debugging, and support for Cloud infrastructure and ensure all quality and change control standards are met
· Conducts investigations and tests of considerable complexity
· Reviews completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management for AWS/AZURE Cloud environment.
· May evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field such as information systems, engineering, or other related field, or equivalent experience. Masters preferred.
· Minimum of 8 years related experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings.
· US Citizenship Required
· Ability to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
· AZURE or AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
