  Arc Herkimer is looking for a Clinical Services Specialist (CSS).  

  Starting rate $17.75/hr. 

  Qualifications:

  High school diploma/GED and three years' experience with individuals with development disabilities.  

  18+ years old, with agency-approvable driver’s license.

  Must have a working vehicle and willingness to drive personal vehicle.  

  If you LOVE working with people, this job is for you! Make a positive impact in your community & others’ lives as a Clinical Services Specialist. You will ensure the delivery of quality services and supports through clinical services and advocacy, and act as a resource to staff. 

  Assisting individuals during a time of behavioral crisis and determining if further services or supports are needed. 

  Attend or facilitate, and advocate on the individual’s behalf at clinical consults, team meetings and person-centered planning meetings. 

  Facilitate the development of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), Monitoring Plans (MPs) and the Functional Behavioral Analysis (FBA) process with a licensed professional.  Facilitate assessments for persons supported; ensure staff understand and have the knowledge to implement such plans.

  Provide companionship, assist in emergency situations, and maintain health & wellness

  Work in a small, comfortable non-profit setting throughout the Mohawk Valley – Herkimer, Mohawk, Ilion, Frankfort, Little Falls, or Dolgeville.
