Title: Clinical Project Manager

Requirements:
2+ years project management, product development and/or relevant experience
Problem solving skills and ability to coordinate project related activities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in MS Project or any other Project Management tool
Ability to manage projects with activity/milestone achievement to launch the product/project
Ability to negotiate contracts and budgets with various vendors
Strong experience monitoring finances
Main Responsibilities:
Perform project progress tracking for projects using project planning and tracking methods such as Gantt charts.
Track and manage the financial status against budget and reconcile expenses across sub streams of activities. Meet financial performance targets for assigned clinical projects.
Review and contribute to study protocols, changes in eCRF design, laboratory manuals, monitoring guidelines, pharmacy manuals, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents
Work with CRO/Vendors to revise scope of service agreements, budgets, plans and detailed timelines, and ensure that performance expectations are met
Broader Responsibilities:
Manages project team information to support project team
Assist in creation of study plans, study protocols, CRFs, and other start up activities
Tracking of budget and project status
Accountable for quality implementation on projects in the following areas: Project risk management, Critical path analysis, Scenario creation and analysis, Budget, Robust planning
Ability to identify and communicate issues proactively to a wide range of stakeholders
Creates, coordinates and maintains integrated project plans in Project & Portfolio Mgmt. Tool (PPM)
Identifies gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays, challenges assumptions and proposes options to close gaps and get projects back on schedule
Manages preparation for project milestone reviews
Manages meetings to include setting agendas, organizing meeting time and meeting minutes
Executes project management processes
