About Clinical Pharmacist - Hematology Oncology

  Description

  The Clinical Pharmacist is the therapeutic consultant utilizing his/her critical skills in areas that include rational and appropriate use of medication and the provision of clinical pharmacy services.

  Required Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree - Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy. Or

  PharmD

  Coursework/Training: PGY-1 Residency training with 1 year of experience within relevant practice setting or 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting.

  Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.

  The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

  About the Team

  Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
