What is the job?

　　Provide fast service restocking of the mini bars, adhering to established standards to ensure complete restocking in the guest rooms is in a professional and efficient manner.

　　Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

　　Your day to day

　　• Ensure stock accounting procedures are handled accurately, and all items consumed are

　　accounted for

　　• Adhere to the daily procedures as per the requisitions par order form

　　• Charge all purchases through the POS system (Infrasys )

　　• Store mini bar stock according to hotel procedures

　　• Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships

　　• Greet all guests in a polite and friendly manner and provide assistance when required

　　• Communicate to F&B Manager any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information

　　• Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled

　　• Ensure grooming is impeccable and in accordance with IHG personal presentation standards

　　• Where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to control exposure to hazards in the

　　workplace, wear and maintain the PPE as directed or as required in safety procedures

　　• Use other safety, emergency equipment, plant materials tools and substances provided in the workplace as directed or as required in safety procedures

　　• Report workplace hazards to supervisor

　　• Any other ad-hoc duties required to assist colleagues

　　What we need from you

　　• Knowledge of mini bar, room service and/or food and beverage operations

　　• Hotel, Tourism and Hospitality experience not essential but preferred
