　　Vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccine requirements are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption. Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work.

　　You Will:

　　Function in reciprocal Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model.

　　Perform patient photopheresis and therapeutic apheresis procedures to collect stem cells and other blood components

　　Perform blood collection and apheresis collections from donors

　　Provide education regarding procedures

　　Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in an ambulatory setting.

　　You Need:

　　New York State RN license and BSN

　　Minimum of 1.5 years of related clinical experience

　　Strong IV insertion skills required

　　Previous ER or IV Team experience preferred

　　Experience with Apheresis procedures preferred

　　Hours:

　　10-hour shifts flexed between 8am - 8pm, on call required 1-2 times per week
