We are currently looking for Commercial & Corporate Banking manager in Madrid:

　　Job description: As a manager on the Commercial & Corporate Banking team, you will work in a fast-paced team setting, to craft optimal strategies used to solve client problems and project management. Your insights will influence actions taken by clients, both proactively and in real-time situations, within broad scale projects.

　　Key responsibilities: You will be part of Iberia's Commercial & Corporate banking team of Accenture and will participate in different types of banking projects with large broad clients

　　Desired qualifications:

　　Having knowledge of Commercial & Corporate Banking products (Cash & Liquidity Management, Loans, Trade and Working Capital, Leasing etc);

　　Possessing experience with Commercial & Corporate Banking process review and optimization;

　　Possessing experience in Business Development;

　　Having knowledge of Commercial & Corporate Banking life cycle including sales and marketing, lending, and operations;

　　Possessing knowledge of different Commercial & Corporate Banking lines of business;

　　Knowledge of Commercial & Corporate Banking systems and technology is desirable.;

　　Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in working collaboratively and independently to address client needs by:

　　Conceptualization and offering of projects

　　Participating in client discussions and meetings actively;

　　Soft Skills: Business development, Communication, Problem solving, Customer service, Organization, team management.
