  Description: Remotely based in either the Midwest or Northeasat U.S.regions, we are seeking a Regional Senior Sales Manager to move ourorganization to even larger levels of cheese growth!   Find and develop new sources of volume growth with zone with prospectivechain accounts, manufacturers, and foodservice distribution customers.

  Build positive relationships with prospective customers.

  Become a specialist in Leprino product capability to drive sales with newcustomers.

  Be the on-the-ground source of information on emerging prospects andcompetitive activity in assigned territory.

  Maintain and grow cheese volume with current base of accounts within zoneincluding existing chain account, manufactures, and foodservicedistribution locations.

  Lead key Foodservice distribution headquarter relationships with theassistance of supervisor.

  Ensure customer satisfaction with current product, service, andpurchasing strategy, and successfully coordinating with cross-functionalresources at Leprino to address customer requests as they arise.

  Ensure account management includes setting a productive travel schedule toenable regular face-to-face meetings with ownership and/or procurement teamsat pizzeria customers and/or Sales Managers at distributors.

  Provide Director with regular written reports detailing field work,analyzing customer growth and margin performance within assigned zone.

  Ownership for training and developing Distributor Sales staff to optimallysell our products and grow sales with new and existing customers.

  Prepare and deliver periodic customer business reviews including FoodserviceDistributors and large end user pizzerias.

  Lead by example within own team and across other functions.

  As the face of Leprino with assigned key foodservice distributionheadquarter responsibility, fosters the relationship and leads salesstrategy development for all Pizza Sector zones to execute with the assistanceof the Director or Associate Director.

  You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):* A Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, orrelated field

  Eight (8) of experience in a strategic business development rolespecifically working with national foodservice distributors, such as PFG,Sysco, Restaurant Depot, US Foods, Gordon Food Service, etc., aswell as regional medium-sized foodservice distributors such as Greco &Sons, Ferraro Foods, Sherwood Food, etc.

  Proven experience in sales and account management across a multi-stateregional geography.

  The ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  Candidates please note: At this time, we are not consideringretail/grocery distribution, club channel, or direct/individual restaurant sale

  We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):* A Master s Degree in the above-mentioned fields or an MBA.

  Ten years working with foodservice distributors.

  On top of the mandatory foodservice distribution experience, individualswith experience calling on medium-sized/regional foodservice restaurantgroups (Golden Corral, etc.) will be highly preferred!
