  Job Summary

  You are responsible for clinical marketing for Specimen Management products to maintain/protect share and implementing strategic marketing plan to increase market share and support business growth.

  J ob Responsibilities

  Marketing Capabilities

  Committed to integrating the best practices of safety blood collection in the diagnostic solutions as our best strategy, and conducting and executing marketing plans, including the Taiwan Nursing Society, Taiwan Society of Acute and Critical Care Nursing, the National Federation, and the Society for Medical Laboratory Medicine, etc.

  Collect market sales data and information, plan and implement KPIs. Analyze marketing analysis reports and share insights to develop rolling optimization plans.

  Sales Excellence

  Manage demand forecast and S&OP

  Support and monitor any product information, such as product registration, product market competition, product change document requirements, etc., to ensure that all products are well in market.

  Preferred Requirements

  Bachelor Science of Nursing or Medical related subjects (Clinical experiences is plus)

  At least 3 years in marketing (medical industry experience is plus)

  Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

  Good presentation skill

  Good knowledge in clinical diagnosis or bioscience

  Good writing and reading in English.

  Be self-motivate, positive attitude and team-work spirit.
