　　CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. 　　CHI St. Alexius is looking for a Full Time RN to join the Archway Mental Health Services Team!

　　Works under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individual patient care in the clinic according to policies and procedures while maintaining standards of the state Nurse Practice Act. The nurse assists physicians and nurse practitioners in clinical duties to ensure patients and families receive the highest quality care and knowledge promoting patient wellness.

　　What You'll Do:

　　Utilizes the nursing process to promote optimal patient outcomes.

　　Meets the educational needs of patient/family/co-workers utilizing principles of teaching/learning

　　Provides documentation of patient care in medical record

　　Performs vital sign assessments

　　Completes medication reconciliation for patients

　　Completes nursing assessment for patients

　　Assists patients and physicians with medication refill processes.

　　Qualifications

　　Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.

　　Licensure: License to practice as a registered nurse in the state of North Dakota

　　Experience: Minimum one year hospital experience or clinical nursing experience in psychiatry preferred.

　　Pay Range

　　$26.14 - $36.91 /hour
