  What you will be doing

  Under supervision of the Customer Service Control Center Supervisor, the Client Support & Analytical Service representative is going to be providing cold chain management support to customer service, operations and sales.

  Responsible for analyzing and emailing temperature data to clients; investigating temperature excursions, and creating reference material to promote cold chain management best practices and mitigate cold chain risk.

  Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.Responsible for downloading and saving temperature logger readings to their respective

  jobs in applicable systems.Analyzing and emailing temperature data to clients.Investigating temperature excursions.Handling activities in internal systems related to cold chain management.Makes suggestions and recommendations to Supervisor/Manager in an effort to

  continuously improve customer service and operations abilities to manage cold chain.Respond to emails from clients and agents related to cold chain management.

  Working hours:

  Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 (1 hour of lunch included)

  On-the-job training which allows you the opportunity to learn and begin performing your job duties and hands-on training working with your supervisor and local offices in North America.

  What your background should look like

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious experience in a Customer Service/Technical Support settingKnowledge in Logistics would be an advantageFluent in EnglishEffective oral and written communicationProactive customer focusAbility to represent a positive and professional imageGood organisational skills and pay attention to detailStrong problem solving, analytical and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution
