Our Client Service Administrators (Account Management) are integral members of our service team and are the main customer contact for assigned agreements. Client Service Administrators (Account Management) manage fire and security service agreements $10K

This position is remote within the following states (DC, Virginia, Baltimore)

As a Client Service Administrator, you will:

Read and understand customer service contracts

Verify contract characteristics entered for assigned accounts

Fulfill service contract obligations for execution

Manage financial performance of the service agreements

Plan out Contracts with the Customers and Maintenance Planner to ensure customer data is accurate

Scheduling of inspections or planned maintenance is maintained and adjusted as needed

Ensure work is executed in the month planned

Review service work orders and inspection reports for deficiencies; generate proposals to improve those deficiencies

Identify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalations

Work closely with the Branches

Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Provide internal support for Sales Executives (cost reviews), Operations Managers (monthly review of service agreement costs), and Service Coordinators (answer questions about scheduling and work in progress)

Complete time sheets and expenses per policies and procedures

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: 

High school diploma or state-recognized GED

Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%

Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $47,700 – $77,100. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
