Job Description:
This position supervises project information/records team members associated with the management and retention of documents, records, drawings, and data for company projects.
• Plan all information/records retention related activities on a project
• Participate in the preparation of annual departmental budget and assist with the analysis and control of expenditures
• Establish and implement procedures which are required to manage documents, records, drawings, and data for company projects
• Aid in design and development of new document control applications
• Recommend modification to existing procedures, systems and methods of operation
• Perform supervisory and administrative functions
• Other duties as assigned
