　　Lakeside Neurologic is currently interviewing for the position of Residential Shift Supervisors. Residential Shift Supervisors are important team members that are responsible to perform the following tasks:

　　· Treat the clients with respect and dignity.

　　· Ensure the safety and well-being of the clients.

　　· Interact with client, families, visitors, staff and external agencies on a day to day basis in a professional manner.

　　· Monitor day to day operations of the main campus for assigned shift while ensuring compliance with AHCA, DCF, CARF, JCAHO standards.

　　· Supervise and deploy staff according to company policies and procedures.

　　· Schedule staff, complete time and attendance audits, missed punches and edits in I-Connect.

　　· Monitor day to day operations of the main campus for assigned shift while ensuring compliance with AHCA, DCF, CARF, JCAHO standards.

　　· Implement behavior plans and protocols.

　　· Coordinate transports with Health Education Services and Program Case Managers.

　　· Provide oversight and instruction to direct care staff on duties.

　　· Will work in capacity as Staff Mentor, Trainer and conduct staff competencies when not scheduled to supervise.

　　· Assist with activities of daily living.

　　· Engage in programming or recreational activities with clients.

　　· Report medical emergencies or medical symptoms.

　　· Implement protocols and safety techniques.

　　· Prepare all paperwork and documentation for oncoming shift.

　　· Ensure staff complete all documentation, search protocols.

　　· Serve as a liaison between residential staff and other disciplines.

　　· Data Entry.

　　· Change of shift report and communication.

　　· Accompany clients on medical or recreational transports.

　　Team members must be twenty-one years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. AS or BS Degree, C.N.A. Licensure are preferred. Two years of supervisory experience in a Healthcare, Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Transitional Living or Assisted Living Facility is required.

　　Lakeside Neurologic provides a comprehensive 10-day new hire orientation training class for RSA’s.

　　We are interviewing Residential Shift Supervisors candidates for the following shifts:

　　Must be available to work all shifts Sunday thru Saturday as needed. This includes the following:

　　B Shift - 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. with rotating weekends

　　The candidate selected will fill in based upon the facility needs.

　　Lakeside Neurologic is currently offering a $1000.00 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Supervisor Candidates. The sign on bonus is paid as follows:

　　$500.00 on six month anniversary

　　$500.00 on the anniversary of one year of employment.
