　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Acting as a liaison with patients and providers in a compassionate and kind manner

　　Ensuring the waiting and reception areas are kept neat and clean; reporting on any damage

　　Responsible for insurance verifications with health insurance organizations

　　Sustaining efficiency in the management of patient medical records

　　Making appointments, collecting co-pays, and providing receipt of money in accordance with established procedures

　　Replying to inquiries in a detail-oriented and effective manner, while corresponding with phone calls within minimum rings

　　Assisting patients with paperwork

　　Addressing patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries

　　Sustaining the organization of various files and providing general office duties, e.g. faxing, data entry, scanning, etc. Requirements - Incoming phone call management skills required

　　1+ year of experience as a Medical Receptionist

　　Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds

　　High School Diploma required, A.S. Degree in healthcare/related field preferred

　　Skills in multi-line phone systems preferred

　　You can succeed in this position if you have experience with insurance billing and an electronic medical record system, as well as social media platformsKnowledge of medical terminology

　　Answering Inbound Calls experience required

　　Schedule Appointments experience

　　Part-Time Receptionist experience
