Hypower Inc. is currently seeking an Electrician Foreman to join our team.

　　We have multiple larger projects in Jacksonville area. The wage range for this position is $32/hr - $38/hr based on experience and qualifications.

　　A valid Florida State or County Journeyman Electrician license

　　Six or more years of electrical experience, with at least one year as an Electrical Foreman.

　　CAD / Drafting experience is a plus (could lead to a career opportunity in our VDC department)

　　Excellent understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Proven experience with job scheduling, QA processes and labor production tracking.

　　Proven ability to clearly define daily goals to the crew, consistently follow up on progress, train on areas they are not strong in and mentor them in their career path.

　　Proven ability to interpret plans, specifications, and product data

　　Proven ability to proactively identify problems/constraints and resolve them timely and professionally.
