　　Client Management Support Representative

　　About the role

　　Client Management Support Representative serves as clients’ primary point of contact of clients and internal stakeholders and support of the Service Delivery Manager.

　　Responsibilities

　　Engaging with client and internal stakeholders daily to troubleshoot and solve delivery problems and escalation management.

　　Discussing and present updates on projects and pending solutions, escalations and improvement opportunities with client and ad hoc stakeholders.

　　Supporting preparations of client stewardship and governance meeting agenda and content

　　Completing reports for SLA, program results and ad hoc as required.

　　Providing reports to clients for data requests

　　Supporting client training on the application

　　Advocating for the client within Conduent

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.

　　Experience working in workers compensation bill review in an operations, service delivery or account management role is required.

　　Ad Hoc reporting experience.

　　SQL experience a plus but not required.

　　Have Microsoft skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.
