Description

We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Coordinator whose primary role is client service enhancement and office support. This role is integral to shaping the client experience, as they are the first point of contact patients and provides continuous support throughout the administrative procedure.

Responsibilities

· Deliver warm greetings to clients and acquaint them with our services.

· Address clients' questions regarding our services and the insurance plans we accept, confidently.

· Coordinate scheduling for assessments and therapeutic appointments, considering the availability of therapists and assessors.

· Interact via email and phone to update clients about appointments, payments, and insurance matters.

· Participate in weekly staff meetings, team-building activities, and occasional staff trainings. Adhere to company policies and laws concerning chart documentation and records requests.

· Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, form completion, and mailing.

· Ensure compliance with our policies and procedures, including HIPAA and conduct guidelines.

Requirements

Proficiency in general computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs, Gmail, and standard office equipment operation

Effective time management skills with the capability to self-manage. Experience Education

Certification as a Medical Assistant/Front Office or an AA degree in social work or a related field is preferred
