　　Job Description:

　　Lab Associate II/Phlebotomy

　　Provides pre-analytic services such as client services, patient registration, and order entry, blood collection either at our blood collection stations or at the laboratory front desk. Provides independent office management and ABN generation. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable the individual to perform the essential functions.

　　Qualifications:

　　High School graduate or equivalent​

　　6 months related work experience desired, but may be waived depending upon applicant's apparent strengths and abilities

　　Able to obtain and maintain HeartSaver or BLS. Medical Assistant graduate or successful completion of an approved accredited phlebotomy program preferred. National certification preferred.
