  Client Administrative Coordinator Job Location US-MN-St Paul ID 2024-10937 Status Part Time Benefit Eligible Shift Day Schedule Varied Hours of Work 7:30am - 4:00pm -- Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday Responsibilities As a Client & Administrative Coordinator, you will: Coordinate and implement the business and administrative functions for clients. Maintain a welcoming, hospitable reception area for Hazelden Betty Ford visitors, clients, and staff to ensure that a positive image is projected of the organization and quality customer service is provided. Receive phone calls for site, screen calls, and handle routine inquiries or transfer to appropriate staff. Maintain client safe-keeping and petty cash box. Provide overall customer service to clients and visitors. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent experience Three years administrative experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office Preferred Vocational or technical training CPR/First Aid certification Min USD $18.73/Hr.
