　　Job Description

　　We are currently seeking a Claims Analyst to be located in Coppell, TX and report to the Claims Manager. The primary responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for the customer and is responsible to optimize orders while driving efficiency and minimizing waste throughout the E2E Order to Cash process flow.

　　Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

　　• Responsible for financial integrity of all deduction settlements/transactions, identifying customer behavior and trends to align on accrual accuracy, process gaps and opportunities that impact cash flow and EBITDA.

　　• Research, identify and analyze complex deduction resolution process through collaboration with Customers, Sales, Retail Finance, Collectors, and Supply Chain functions.

　　• Analyze customer deduction details and make determination of claim/deduction validity in alignment with business and BTB (BlueTriton Brands Accounting Standards) policies.

　　• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Sales, Customers, Supply Chain, Sales Controllers and Business Analysts as needed for claims/deductions requiring further analysis and/or actions for resolution.

　　• Generate and review the Claims and Deductions Aging Report as needed and ensure all assigned customer claims and deductions are closed within predefined timeframes.

　　• Collaborate with Customer Solution Analyst on return-related claims and OS&D on refusal-related claims.

　　• Finalize the claim/deduction resolution through the creation of payment/credit requests via SAP/TPM tool.

　　Key qualifications include:

　　• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred

　　• 2-4 years of work experience in the CPG industry and/or Trade promotion experience preferred

　　• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　• Excellent analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data

　　• Well-organized, methodical thinker with excellent decision-making skills

　　• Strong and creative problem-solving skills

　　• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
