As a Server on our team, you will complete avariety of tasks which will include: Greet guests, present them withmenu and inform guests about the specials of the day. Take food andbeverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads or on thehandheld Point of Sale (POS) system. Serve food and beverage to theguest as per the course of order. Maintain proper dining experience,deliver items, fulfill customer needs, offer desserts and drinks, removecourses, replenish utensils, refill glasses. Obtain revenues, issuereceipts and accept payments. Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed ordirected by supervisor. Coordinate with the dining room attendant,kitchen staff, and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guestsatisfaction. The position is ideal for someone with the followingexperience and qualities: Previous experience as a restaurant server.Excellent customer service skills.
