　　Working Hours are Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am

　　$1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90-days

　　As a Machinist, you will:

　　Serve as a subject matter expert on customer manufacturing specifications to create machine programming

　　Set up, troubleshoot, and operate machinery according to strict tolerances. Machines include Milling Centers and EDM.

　　Demonstrate expertise in fixture design and tooling

　　Examine and measure completed units, identifying defects and ensuring adherence to specifications; adjust machine controls to resolve production errors

　　Exercise strong problem-solving ability for the inspection and repair of machinery

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Desired Skills:

　　2+ years of experience using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools, and machines

　　Master operator of various types of machine tools to perform progressive machining

　　Ability to design and create proper fixturing. Ability to proficiently set up and use measuring equipment including CMM, CAD-Cam, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Calipers, Profilometers, etc.

　　Expert in reading and interpreting blueprints and design sketches

　　Ability to create and maintain updated work processes related to machining

　　Familiar with warehouse, manufacturing, or production planning environments
