　　· Coordinates education activities and professional development within the Department of Nursing and Hospital wide.

　　· Effectively plans and administers the technologies and resources used for educational purposes

　　· Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care

　　· Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth

　　· Monitors and reports staff progress in educational and certification expectations

　　· Able to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in preparing and reporting educational assignments and expectations.

　　Job Requirements for the Market Professional Development Coordinator include:

　　Minimum Education

　　Bachelor’s Degree Nursing, required. Master's Degree Nursing, preferred.
