　　We are seeking a talented Civil Staff Engineer III to join our team. The hybrid position is in our Wilkes-Barre or Bethlehem, PA office.

　　The ideal candidate will join our high-performing and technology-forward engineering design team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of an energetic and collaborative team of highly technical civil engineers, working with the latest CAD and automated design processes across many different market sectors in the United States.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist Project Managers with leading the technical/civil engineering for commercial/industrial site design and/or linear utilities for energy and water suppliers

　　Perform technical engineering work associated with land development and/or water resources:

　　Stormwater management design

　　Site grading

　　Erosion and sediment control design

　　Prepare plans for agency/municipal review

　　Completion of various land development and environmental permitting applications

　　Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors

　　Candidate should be a critical thinker, be willing to learn through trial and error, be self-motivated, and willing to put the full effort towards the task at hand

　　Candidate should have a strong desire to grow and advance as an engineer or technical designer

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s or Associate degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution-

　　5+ years of experience in land development civil-site engineering

　　Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software

　　Knowledge of green infrastructure practices, such as bioretention systems, permeable pavement, infiltration systems, and green roofs

　　Familiarity with AutoCAD

　　Civil 3D preferred

　　EIT or PE Preferred

　　Familiarity with ArcGIS software is preferred

　　Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
