The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

　　Location: This is a hybrid role, customer located in - Bethpage, NY

　　Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Provide subject matter expertise and support the project regarding all kind of infrastructure related aspects.Responding and resolving incidents that may arise in the production and nonproduction SAP environments* Implementing SAP client copy OSS notes kernel patches support packages addons and SAP software component upgrades

　　* Provide subject matter expertise and support the project regarding all kind of infrastructure related aspects.

　　Required Skillset:

　　* 6+ years of SAP Analytics Cloud SAP Analytics Cloud - Planning

　　* Good knowledge and experience in the SAP Basis administration Data Center and RISE

　　* Experience in performing upgrade activities

　　* Knowledge of Infrastructure e.g. network virtualization would be a plus

　　* Expertise in Design Implement and manage Business Continuity Solutions such as HA DR Failover Solutions for SAP landscapes

　　* Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems including performance analysis and debugging.

　　* Strong knowledge of Database Administration in SAP HANA including performance tuning sizing and capacity planning

　　* Fluency in English and very good intercultural communication skills

　　* Strong customer service and solution orientation Initial leadership experience is an advantage

　　The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - 128,000k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

　　This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
