　　Description:

　　Perform assignments designed to develop professional knowledge and abilities of standard engineering techniques and procedures

　　Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications and verify that they are complete, accurate and in accordance with best engineering practices

　　Assist in the preparation of calculations for cost estimates and other supporting documentation for a variety of engineering projects

　　Establish and maintain effective working relationships and work in a team environment

　　Work within a team to respond to comments and meet project deadlines

　　Skills:

　　Civil engineering, Land development, Stormwater, Site development, Drainage, Professional engineer, civil engineering design, Civil 3d, Autocad, Design, Autocad civil 3d, Project management, business development, Site plan, Site design, Transportation, civil design, engineering, roadway, civil site

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　B.S. in Civil Engineering, PE License required

　　8-10 years of civil engineering experience and licensed

　　Response for project scope and management of the projects (4 Years exp)

　　Strong written communication skills required for writing in a technical format

　　In collaboration with staff engineers, must be able to design general engineering solutions

　　Must be detailed and quality oriented

　　Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently and maintain flexibility to changes in work assignments as changes occur in project

　　Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D) and full Microsoft Office Suite, but they will not be designing every day

　　Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

　　background in design is preferred, but they do not need to be an expert in Civil 3D

　　Project experience in the following is Ideal: site development projects, large master plans, site dev projects working as a sub consultant to Arch firms. Projects scopes, road, parking, utilities design and coordination, touching everything associated with the development of what is being built, coordination (Dry utility coordination, power, fiber, telecom)
