Description
This role is to lead the industry marketing team to build industry decision maker/LOB conversation and develop the integrated industry marketing engine to drive the industry penetration and support China business growth by seamlessly collaborating with cross-business units stakeholders and related marketing teams, and global industry marketing.
Key job responsibilities
This role is to lead the industry marketing team to develop integrated industry marketing plan cross busines units and marketing disciplines. The major metrics include the assigned MQL/SQL/Utility Pipeline/PSQL/GF, industry thought leadership.
He or she is the single thread owner to lead the conversation and operate the industry marketing plan sign-off and regular performance review with China industry committees organized jointly by iBD/CS/PS/G2C/SMB/Partner business leaders and Mkt, and build up the effective mechanism with global industry marketing leader and stakeholders to improve GCR participation and contribution in global industry initiatives.
Industry mkt is centered by all marketing disciplines (Enterprise/SMB/Channel/Digital/Partner Mkt) and sales stakeholders to produce the industry narrative, industry solution content/assets.
The major business stakeholders include GCR IBD/ISA leader, GCR CS/DNB/G2C Sales GMs & vertical Industry leaders, SMB Core & Industry Partner Sales, Global Industry Marketing leaders.

Basic Qualifications
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience communicating results to stakeholders
Experience defining marketing strategy and executional excellence
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience analyzing data quantitatively and using customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identifying opportunities, and assessing the efficacy of marketing programs
5yrs+ sales and marketing role in leading cloud providers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leadership roles, overseeing teams conducting data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience directly managing teams
Tech background is highly recommended. Leading cloud vendor certification is highly recommended
