　　As an important member of our Medicare Advantage leadership team, you will be responsible for advancing the medical/clinical strategy for the New Century Health Plan. This will involve providing guidance on the most effective methods for leveraging resources in such areas as STARs/HEDIS performance, quality outcomes, care management, utilization management, and coding accuracy. You will also strive to optimize collaboration between business and clinical operations.

　　Salary Range: $251,000 - $530,800/annuallyQualifications

　　We're seeking a self-motivated, results-driven leader with:

　　MD or DO degree and Board Certification, required

　　A master's degree in public health or related advanced degree, highly desired

　　Active, current, and unrestricted California medical license

　　Five or more years of directly relevant leadership experience and clinical practice

　　Medicare Advantage health plan experience, desired

　　In-depth knowledge of managed care operations, reimbursement models, and medical protocols

　　Expertise in Medicare criteria and peer review statutes

　　Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

　　Familiarity with EPIC EMR and/or EPIC Tapestry preferred
