　　At ZOLL we recognize that the world of healthcare is changing dramatically andbecoming more data-centric. As we evolve our portfolio to support thisevolution, we are in search of a Product Manager who understands theimportance of customer focus and utilizing technology to improve their lives.This position requires regular customer interaction to establish acomprehensive understanding of our customers, how they utilize ourproducts, what their daily challenges are, and to gather their feedbackduring design iteration.

　　This is a highly visible position within ZOLL that is responsible for leadingquarterly release planning meetings to align business leaders on developmentprioritization and presenting that strategy to company executives at variousmeetings. The position is also responsible for creation of short and long termproduct roadmaps, creating detailed user requirements documentation, andensuring organizational go-to-market readiness.

　　To be successful you must enjoy spending time in the market to understand ourcustomer's needs, working cross functionally to align internalstakeholders, and thrive in an Agile Scrum development environment. Theideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Cloud-based SaaSproducts, a mastery of user story development & prioritization, andexemplify cross-functional leadership skills.

　　The Code Data portfolio is comprised of over 20 products with multipleinterdependencies. The primary product focus of the Product Manager includesthe development, commercialization, and support of our telemedicineproduct, SDK, and API offerings.

　　Essential Functions

　　Consolidate input from key opinion leaders, end users, focus groups,partners, and internal teams to develop product roadmaps and a portfoliostrate

　　Drive development alignment by presenting roadmaps to business leaders duringquarterly release planning.

　　Translate product strategy into persona-driven user stories with detailedacceptance criteria and support team activities in an Agile Scrum framework.

　　Own prioritization of the product backlog including maintenance and featuresof the product.

　　Serve as the voice of the customer in the development process and performstory acceptance on their behalf.

　　Work with customers, engineering, and UX/UI to make strategic designdecisions and to ensure that the overall functionality of the finished productdelivers value and exceptional user experience.

　　Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-offanalysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.

　　Work closely with product owners and managers (both within and acrossportfolios) to ensure integration requirements are successfully implemented.

　　Take responsibility for the overall success of a product release by ensuringorganizational release readiness through training activities and documentationfor internal stakeholders.

　　Work closely with the Agile team to ensure alignment of product release plansand execution to the product roadmap.

　　Mentor junior members to contribute to team success.

　　Required/Preferred Education and Experience

　　Bachelor's Degree equivalent practical experience required or

　　8+ Years of relevant product development/ownership experience in high techindustry with atrack record of successful product delivery as a product manager (PM),product owner (PO), or business analyst (BA).required

　　Certified Scrum Product Owner Preferred
